I have worked with IA-Meetings for 2 events thus far and my experience with them have been great thus far. It was an easy process communicating with Bhanu and her team for the event preparation. IA-Meetings was able to meet all my request efficiently and produced relatively good work. My main contact point for this symposium was Gaurav and he was quick to respond to any of my request and was highly responsible in ensuring we were meeting timelines in planning. Designing and production of symposium collaterals, certificates, and key visuals was done smoothly and quickly. During the event, IA-Meetings was professional and took care of all setup and running of the symposium program. It was a breeze working with Gaurav and Shubbang with the program running, receiving of symposium participants from the airport, and Lorraine with reception. There was little to worry as IA-Meetings was able to easily help coordinate social activities such as external dinner and banquet that I had arranged. Gaurav and Shubbang even went the extra mile each day to ensure all symposium participants have settled in safely before ending the day. Overall, I am extremely fortunate to be working with IA-Meetings for my event and would be happy to work with them again for similar events if the opportunity arises.

AMGEN 2022

I am delighted to write about our experience in engaging IA Meeting for the AMGEN Symposium in August 2022 for a hybrid (in-person and online) event held over 2 days at the National University of Singapore.
We had participants and presenters from China and Japan, and switching between LIVE and online presenters, from local and overseas, was a tricky balance. Still, the team was so good that everything went without a hitch.
The IA Meeting team, lead by Bhanu, was such a joy to work with - professional, responsive and effective.
They looked into the most minor details, and we were impressed by how well thought-out the preparation was.
If you are planning to have an event organizer manage your event, I strongly recommend IA Meeting. We are certainly looking forward to partner them on future projects.
